WHOLE BUILDING
£20/hour

Registered charity rate £6/hour
This includes use of the main hall, the stage, the committee room and the kitchen and is inclusive of heating, lighting, etc.
HIRE OF MAIN HALL
£18/hour

This includes use of main hall with stage, kitchen, & WCs, but not the Wright Room or changing room.
COMMITTEE ROOM
£7/hour

£6/hour
This includes use of just the Committee Room. Tea and coffee may be made in the Committee Room without having to use the main kitchen. A WC is available in the adjacent Changing Room.
*The Parish Rate is charged for bookings by people living in Otterford parish.
It may be possible to hire the car park (without access to the hall) if this is not needed for a hall activity. The charge is £10 per event.
We review our hire charges annually at our August meeting, with any new charges effective from the following 1st January.
